OVERVIEW 

This is our 2nd show with GMA. This is the largest event of the year for them.I have been doing these shows for many years and we have been trusted to HIT A HOMERUN for them and increase the quality of this event. They do enjoy repeat crews on their shows and with the success of this show we will all be back here next year! 

We will divide and conquer in three areas for this event and will share resources as a team when needed! The three areas are as follows: General Session, Convention Breakouts and Westin Breakouts. 

General Sessions: 

Location: 

Crew: V1- Keith Olsen, V2 – Savannah, A1 – Ash , A2 – TBD, Support – Adam,  Camera- Aiden 

Date and Time: Saturday Rehearsals, Sunday Show, Monday Show/Strike   

Notes: Saturday rehearsals are mostly tech and teleprompter. 

Breakouts: 

Location: Convention Center, Westin

Crew: Jason, Dempsey, Antwan, Mario, Greg, Joe, Peter and Aiden – With Support

Notes: All Projectors and Laptops to be provided by the client, we will set up and strike daily.

We had an issue with one of our traveling techs at the past event and we want to make sure we are on the same page as a team.  Please see items below. 

Dress Code: 

We must be identifiable at all times during show hours. DXG branded polo/shirts and/or show blacks with a DXG badge. Please dress clean but comfortably on load in, shorts allowed. If you have any questions about attire please reach out to us and if you are in need of DXG gear please email over your sizes. 

Food and Beverage: 

The past AV company ate off of the events buffets but only received a limited per diem. With that being said we have negotiated full per diem for the crew and we can partake in the coffee and beverage stations only. 

Food can be challenging at these locations so we will lean on Uber eats, Food runners and Walk aways.   

Drug Use: 

All drug use is prohibited on the show site. This includes Majanunna flower, gummies, pens and any other way you can ingest it. Feel free to blaze one for the nation in your free time.
